The product is not ideal as I was told. They said that he would unclog his nose on the spot and that didn't happen.

I purchased this for the first time in Italy last year. This is the BEST lip balm I have used EVER. Feels amazing on the lips, and smells perfect. I perfect amount of shine is a BONUS!
